Great staff and very good management.

Friendly staff. They were successful in throwing a party on the Thailand new year. This successful beach party can be repeated on monthly basis.

Cleaning outside the rooms was not of a high standard.

Swimming pool was lush, pink flamingo topped it on the head. Rooms were nice and clean, comfy bed and pillows. Staff were helpful. Airport transfers arranged

Shuttle to beaches every hour until 9pm. This should maybe run later so people can have dinner and drinks at the beaches? Airport transfer was 1000 baht each way which is quite expensive, maybe offer a deal of 1500 if going there and back? Yoga was expensive if weren’t in package (400 baht). Breakfast also expensive (290 baht pp) and not much selection

Far from everything

Free drinking water on the reception. Shuttle each hour. Opportunity to go to 2 beaches by shuttle. Hotel has nice design. Personnel was friendly.

No coffee in the room as in other thai hotels we already stayed. Waiting for a shuttle can be up to 25min, way back can be up to 45 min. Our room had not very nice view. Shuttle starts at 9.00 that is quite hot outside . I personally realized that i definitely prefer to live close to the beach and not to depend on transportation. Conditioner was blowing right to my head and making me sick, without it it was too hot to sleep, other modes made strong noice. Though the hotel has nice design i didn’t get the expected vibe.

The service was exceptional, the room was ver comfortable and clean.

I guess the location being far from the main areas and there was little to no chance to walk to places, you’d need to take the transport they offer that leaves every hour.

We had a fabulous stay!

We loved the property, common areas are so cute and fun. Room and bed were so comfy. It was a great place to have a lazy day and breakfast was fab!

If you aren’t able to take the hotel shuttle to get around, getting around can be a little cumbersome, but we still loved the hotel. Would stay again.

Lovely getaway

CC's hideaway was amazing! Thank you for making our stay special. The room and common areas was thoughtfully decorated and the pool was really beautiful. We stayed over the Christmas period and there were nice touches with Christmas lights and events. The hotel had a very cosy, welcoming and inviting atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. There's also activities you can join in - we did a yoga class on their deck, which had wonderful views of the jungle and ocean.

Guests should be aware that the hotel is up a mountain, with a very steep road. But the location is good for peace and quiet away from the loud and hectic touristy areas by the beach. The free beach shuttle is a convenient way to get to the beaches - so this isn't really a big problem.

Amazing! One of the friendliest, most comfortable hotels we've stayed in! Thank you!

First off, the entire stay was perfect. We organised a shuttle through the hotel from Phuket airport to CC's. The transfer was on time, inexpensive and drivers were friendly. The hotel itself was ideal. Clean, with excellent staff and great facilities. Bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a decent sized pool right next to a bar and restaurant. Each served delicious food and drink at reasonable prices. CC's provided options for daily tours, with a day-to-day rota of what was on offer. These were a little more expensive but still not unreasonable. CC's offers a FREE shuttle service, on the hour between the hotel and nearby beach locations. Fantastic!

The hotel isn't entirely in the best location, however this isn't necessarily a bad thing. It isn't easy to walk to the hotel as there is an incredibly steep hill leading up to it (the trail that also goes to Big Buddah), however with the airport shuttle and hourly free shuttle this was easy to navigate around. To make this negative a positive - if you enjoy a secluded retreat away from the crowds, CC's is perfect.

Absolutely a Lovely place to stay , but be aware of the Hill .

Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed . We had a pool access room. The free hourly shuttle was always reliable ( you needed the shuttle as nothing was local . And it had a Monster Hill to get there .

We seemed to have a “Wild” Rooster living behind our room . If you were Lucky it would crow at 6am If you were Unlucky it would crow at 4am

Everything here is amazing. The staff, the pool, the restaurant, the classes. We are already planning our return. Do not worry about the location because they offer a free shuttle service. A special mention to Nuk at reception who was very kind and helpful.

This hotel is a true gem, ideal for solo travellers looking for a relaxed and beautiful time. Free shuttle to the center and beach, tours and activities, nice food and drinks, spa options... Everything in the same place so you don't need to worry about anything, just relax! I joined the Yoga and Adventure program and it was very complete, absolutely recommended!

pleasant and enjoyable.

I didn't have the breakfast this time but the room was lovely and environment nice. The only issue was that it was on top of a hill and quite a climb on foot. I would suggest getting a car or bike up. Besides that all good.
